Seasons of Change Inc.'s Executive Director and CEO, Tavian Harris, endured various hardships throughout her life.

Research by Harris and her team uncovered an enormous lack of community support for vulnerable and marginalized youth. It was through her experiences that she birthed the community-focused nonprofit organization, Seasons of Change, Inc.

As the founder of this nonprofit, she believes in giving back to others. Seasons of Change, Incorporated’s mission began in 2001. It is now a multiple award-winning organization serving several cities in Texas and Oklahoma.
