Executive Director

RYAN DOMINGUEZ, Executive Director of Mass CultivatED. Ryan is the founding director of Mass CultivatED, which provides individuals negatively affected by the failed War on Drugs with a robust co-operative education opportunity, record sealing and expungement services, workforce training, and cannabis fellowships with livable wages and benefits. Ryan has recently been appointed to the Cannabis Advisory Board to the Cannabis Control Commission by Governor Maura Healey in her previous role as Attorney General. He previously worked as the Chief of Staff for State Representative Chynah Tyler of Boston and received his Master's in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
