Bio
Reverend JerQuentin Sutton is from Newark, New Jersey, and has been the senior pastor at Lebanon Baptist Church in Westwood, New Jersey, since 2011. Diane Sutton is Reverend Sutton's wife. Spencer and Isabella are their two beautiful kids. After he graduated from Irvington High School, he went to Kean University and got a degree there. He then went to New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and got a Master of Divinity degree there. He stays involved in the community and works to spread Christ's message. Reverend Sutton is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He currently hosts and makes a weekly radio show called The New Day. Reverend Sutton can be heard live on www.wrsu.rutgers.radio.edu every Sunday from 7–9 p.m. Reverend Sutton is also in charge of the Lebanon Baptist Church, CDC, as its Executive Director.
He has made an indelible impression on the Westwood community, the nation, and the world because he believes in providing sound, practical teaching, and keen opportunities to edify the Kingdom of God. Reverend Sutton's ministry today centers on prayer, dynamic worship, and social justice. Reverend Sutton has an enthusiastic love for Christ and a selfless love for God's people. Reverend Sutton served as the Commissioner of Social Justice for the United Missionary Baptist State Convention of New Jersey from 2014-2016 and is presently the 2nd Vice Moderator of {Shiloh} Baptist Association since 2019. Reverend Sutton is pursuing a Doctorate in social justice at Howard School of Divinity. Reverend Sutton is committed to letting his light shine so the world may see his excellent work.
