We are Marci J. Duncan and Kerry Sandell, the actors, playwrights, and producers of the new hit play, DISSONANCE which begs the question, “Can a Black woman and a White woman—who have been friends for 20 years—have an honest, open conversation about race?” As emerging playwrights with fresh, powerful voices and a desire to bring love and light to historically difficult and emotionally charged conversations. We are professional actresses with a wide breadth of performance experience in theatres across the South and East Coast.
