LeDominique Rhodes, an innovative instructional leader hailing from Dallas, Texas, is a dynamic educator with a strong commitment to social justice education. LeDominique Rhodes' pursuit of a Doctor of Education degree in Social Justice Education, which is scheduled for graduation in May 2024. Her educational journey also includes a Master of Science in Administration and a Master of Science in Education from Missouri Baptist University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Education. LeDominique holds multiple certifications in both Missouri and Texas, including School Leader Certification, Early Childhood Special Education, Cross-Categorical Special Education, and more. With a wealth of leadership experience, LeDominique has served as an Instructional Leader Desoto ISD, an Assistant Principal of Instruction at Edgecliff Academy IDEA Public Schools in Fort Worth, and a Teacher Instructional Leader, First Grade Team Leader and Kindergarten teacher in St. Louis. Her dedication to educational excellence, equity, and transformative leadership is underscored by their extensive experience in curriculum development, data analysis, and coaching, making them a powerful force for positive change in the field of education.
