Dr. Leroy C. Mckenzie Jr. is the President/CEO of JNF Enterprises,LLC., which is a Distribution, Publishing, and Business Consulting Firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of The University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from the United Graduate College & Seminary International. His mission and purpose is to enlighten, empower and impact organizations and assist Entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and brands by utilizing his development and training systems for Fundamental Branding and Marketing. He has spoken to businesses and conducted workshops/training nationally and internationally, giving them the tools that they need in order to create a healthy work environment, maximize their productivity and increase their bottom line. His systems/programs assist entrepreneurs and businesses to gain a strong foundation, industry growth and exposure using 21st century techniques and tools. He is the author of 12 Books, three of which are his Building the 21ST Century Company Book Series, The Customer Is Not Always Right, Young and Gifted, The Next Generation of Entrepreneurship and The Art of Leadership. This series assist businesses and individuals in their customer service development, branding strategies, empowerment realization, leadership development and Process Creation. Dr. Mckenzie works with aspiring entrepreneurs as well as seasoned companies in the development of sustainable processes that give them the tools needed in order to not only be in business but to have a great impact in the communities that they serve. He seeks to provide emerging businesses with the aid that they need in order to take their brand and their businesses to their next level.
