I am a 34 year old Black Woman with stage 3 Endometriosis & I was suspended by my former employer when my ovarian cyst ruptured at work & I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance.

That devastating situation led me to create my podcast ThaMonthly which advocates for reproductive health & rights!
