Barika is a renowned executive consultant, educator, and community activist. Born to a family of educators, she has always been passionate about the fight for educational equity and access. Barika has followed in her parents’ footsteps and remained committed to their mission: advocating for neurodiverse children and engaging in change and growth through her professional career and volunteer roles. She is the creator of the Great Grandparent Project: An Unconventional Approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Barika earned her B.A. in English from the University of Virginia, is a certified leadership coach, and was recently selected for the prestigious Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program.
