Anika is a leadership coach, facilitator and HR practitioner with over 20 years of strategic business
leadership. As a former HR executive and General Manager, Anika has broad sales, operations, and people
leadership experience which enables her to skillfully equip leaders to address complex business and people
challenges. Anika is well known for her expertise in customer service, leadership development,
organizational culture, talent management and succession planning. She is sought out for her strategic
thinking, proactive partnership and business acumen
Throughout her career, Anika has worked directly for organizations including Mars, Edelman, PepsiCo and Nordstrom. Most recently, she served as the Global Director for Associate Relations (AR) at Mars and held the responsibility of defining the infrastructure for AR and building their
global center. Throughout her career, she has assumed many leadership roles including the Head of People and Organization for the Ice Cream business unit at Mars, Executive Vice President for Talent in Chicago and co-led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEl) at Edelman, and
Market Director and General Manager for Pepsi Beverages.
As an executive coach and consultant, Anika advises individuals and organizations through a purpose- and people-centered approach to leadership and business. She is a passionate change agent and culture catalyst who has spent many years working with companies and
clients to reimagine the intersection of business and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The future of her work in the marketplace, specifically for corporations and entrepreneurs, is to elevate leaders to appreciate and integrate all of who they are into the workplace.
Anika is a mom of two and resides in Atlanta, GA. She has an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Rutgers, the State University of NJ, where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. She is a Prosci certified Change Management practitioner and recently completed Oxford University's Economics of Mutuality certification.
